We believe that it is through diverse life, academic, and professional experiences that enable innovation and creativity. At Katalyst Group, we insist on a safe environment where there is ongoing opportunity for growth, within a culture welcoming self-expression and exploration.

It is the collective sum of the diversity in a ‘room’ that form the high-performance teams in which Katalyst Group is known. We invest in our employees, and they trust us to be part of a work culture that continuously celebrates individual perspectives, life experiences and unique talents – all of which reflect who we are as an organization and our success attracting and retaining a diverse workforce.

We embrace and encourage our employees’ differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique.
