A leading telecommunications and IT managed services provider, based in Chicago, engaged Katalyst Group to help them complete the build of their growing accounting and finance department. Serving as an extension of their internal recruiting organization Katalyst Group was successful in identifying and evaluating individuals for a key hire that had proven difficult for the organization to source internally and through a national recruiting company that had been engaged on the search two months earlier.
