Katalyst Group has successfully placed a Senior Fiscal Analyst with a non-profit organization with a national footprint, that promotes development in impoverished communities.
The organization has been undergoing a deliberate finance transformation process and was looking for a key individual to join its Grants Compliance Team. The goal is to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local funding as the organization has continued to expand its program offerings and win new awards. Katalyst worked closely with the executive team to understand the unique position, define attributes they seek in individuals that will help them achieve continued growth and process refinement and articulate their vision for success.
Katalyst was able to rapidly identify and attract individuals to this unique career opportunity and efficiently manage the interview process, allowing the organization to successfully make a key hire in the midst of the changing landscape with the ongoing pandemic.
The organization’s new team member has been successfully onboarded and is already making a positive impact across the organization, actively managing program compliance activities, including budgeting, analysis, and managing oversight of multiple agency audits.
